Switching workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, open your profile menu — the chip at the bottom-left of the sidebar, or your avatar — and you will see Your workspaces with each one listed and the role you hold there. Choose one to switch.

The section only appears when you actually belong to more than one workspace. If you belong to a single workspace there is nothing to switch between.

Switching changes everything at once: your content, plan, benchmarks, Engage settings and approvals all belong to the workspace you are in. Nothing carries across.

Just signed in and cannot see a workspace?

Somebody adding you does not change a session that is already open. Sign out and sign in again, and it will be there.

What each role can do

Owner

Full control of the workspace, including who else gets in.

• Everything an editor can do.
• Add and remove people in Settings → People.
• Owner is the only role that can change workspace access.

Editor

Can create, edit and approve work.

• Create and edit drafts, submit for review, approve pieces to create, and move them through production.
• Generate the 30-day plan and change the posting cadence.
• Refresh the account's numbers.
• Connect, refresh and remove the Engage Instagram connection.
• Set Reply Assistant levels, Reply Voice, limits and exclusions.
• Build, activate and pause automations, and set up Quick Starts.
• Send and skip items in Needs review.
• Cannot change who has access to the workspace.

Viewer

Can see the workspace, but not change it.

• Read every page, including Engage settings, automations and Needs review.
• Cannot create, edit, approve, generate, connect, activate, send or skip.
• Cannot change who has access.

One more thing worth knowing

Roles are the only access system RunSignl has, and the server enforces them on every request. What a screen shows you and what the server allows you to do are always the same thing.
